Overview
I have extensive experience translating complex, regulated processes into digital experiences across multiple industries. At Fresh Consulting, I led the transformation of Symetra Insurance's analog operations into digital customer experiences. This was a fundamental shift for the organization, as all their previous processes - from documentation to policy management - had been entirely physical. The project required deep understanding of complex insurance workflows and regulations while finding ways to translate them into intuitive digital experiences.
At Ad Hoc, I worked on President Biden's 'Made in America' executive order, which involved navigating intricate federal procurement regulations and policies. This required close collaboration with government Subject Matter Experts to translate complex federal requirements into a public-facing digital platform. Working within government constraints meant adhering to strict security protocols, accessibility standards, and federal design systems (USWDS) while creating an interface that made complex policy information accessible to the public.
