Adding Notebooks to Khora
Added the concept of Notebooks both visually and functionally to Khora.

Notes now belong to a notebook and read as chapters of one manuscript. Existing notes migrate into a first notebook, Journal. The library rail lists the open notebook’s chapters, and search still reaches every notebook. A Writing / Book toggle swaps the editor for a leather tome: pages are measured from the text, sheets turn as you type, and the book opens from closed, then riffles to the selected chapter.
Notes then opens on a shelf of closed volumes. Each notebook keeps its own leather, and a volume is thicker the more is written in it. Choosing one opens it. In Book view the tome sits in the same dark space as the rest of the app and can pass beneath the side panels. Page controls float in a pill between them. A Highlights toggle underlines the same readings as Writing; hovering an underline opens a card with the concept, the reading, the question it turns back, and the work to read against it.
Unbind & explore lets the binding go. The notebook becomes a graph in Explore, with the notebook at the centre, chapters around it, and each chapter’s insights, readings, and beliefs. Closing the graph binds the book again. A sample library (assets/js/seed.js) adds Journal, Field notes, Letters never sent, and a Commonplace book once, without changing anything already written.
Each chapter now opens with its title as a small-caps heading, measured onto the page so a title is never left at the foot of one. In Explore, the notebook is drawn as a closed leather volume and each note as a sheet of paper, in 2D and 3D.
