I'm a product designer who builds. I take a problem from research through design, code, and copy until it ships.
I’ve spent my career designing products end to end. At Aon and then Moat Metrics, I was the sole designer on Innovation Alpha, an enterprise platform that turns patent, litigation, and product data into a readable signal of a company’s strength. I owned it from research and information architecture through data visualization and the design system underneath it.
Before that, I designed a public “one-stop shop” for Buy American waivers with GSA and OMB at Ad Hoc, and helped move Symetra’s paper-based billing and statements onto a single self-service platform at Fresh Consulting. Today I lead interface design for the Domain Registry at Corporate Tools.
The tools changed. A designer can now build what they design, so I do. This site is where I show that work while it’s happening: what I’m building, why, and what I learn along the way. I also review technology and media with a focus on product design and AI.
I studied Visual Communication Design at Eastern Washington University and live in Spokane, Washington.
