Overview
I have extensive experience both developing and implementing design systems across various organizations and scales. At Moat Metrics, I led the development of a new design system during our transition from Aon, which involved creating new components while successfully transitioning existing products to maintain consistency and usability across our digital product suite.
At Ad Hoc, I worked extensively with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) while developing the 'Made in America' website. This experience demonstrated my ability to effectively implement established design systems, working within standardized federal design guidelines to create accessible and consistent user experiences for government digital services.
Earlier in my career at 14four as Lead UX Designer, I worked with established design systems across multiple national brand projects, requiring careful adherence to brand guidelines while ensuring components were optimized for interactive experiences.
Throughout these experiences, I've demonstrated proficiency in both contributing to new design systems and effectively implementing established ones, always ensuring consistency and usability across digital products.
