No-code drag-and-drop builder

I designed the drag-and-drop interface that powers Notifications and Form Builder. It lets non-technical staff configure complex conditional workflows without engineering support, which removed a persistent delivery bottleneck.

The Corporate Tools form builder, with conditional workflow elements arranged on a canvas.

Using Matomo interaction data, I traced form and notification build failures to a confusing arrow-based column-width control, and redesigned custom element sizing to resolve it.

The original arrow-based column-width control.

Domain Registry

I lead interface design for the launch of the Domain Registry product, designing for scale across a growing product surface.

I designed the internal admin and customer service experiences alongside the customer-facing product, so the staff member resolving an issue and the customer reporting it work against the same model.
